The plans for the kitchen seem to showcase recessed lighting, as well as tiny, unique hanging light fixtures. The kitchen is open and adorned in dark woods and crisp white backsplash. The outside of the buildings were all created to look similar on the outside, but inside are custom-designed to each of his children’s tastes and interests. He grew those companies to over $1 billion in revenue and eventually sold them. The combined square footage of the buildings within the estate amounts to 35,000 square feet, with the main residence contributing 15,000 square footage of the total. Huge though it is — about 14 times the size of the average American home — the house is meant to be a regular cozy family dwelling. Patel and his wife, pediatrician Palavvi Patel, will have one wing, and his son, daughter-in-law and their children will take the other.
Showcasing a mix of Italian and Indian details with a total of 63,310 sq ft. The home consists of 32,526 sq ft of air conditioned space, 15,376 sq ft of formal living area, a home theatre, and even a Hindu temple. Judd and her husband, Scott Judd, according to records filed with Hillsborough County. Over at Alter Ego, the moody and monochromatic space is designed as a “music-forward” cocktail lounge with seating for 50 people and standing room for an additional 30. The list includes several zero-proof cocktails, including nonalcoholic riffs on drinks like Americanos, Gimlets and Old Fashioneds.
It will be entered by a broad stairway leading into the 15,300-square-foot great hall, with stairways on either side continuing on to second-floor balconies. The 8,400-square-foot wings that the Patels and their son's family will occupy each has its own courtyard. Spread over 17 acres, the majestic residence – Surya Kiran Palace – is either a dream or envy of every Indian-origin billionaire. Home to three generations of an Indian American billionaire family, the Patel House is worth a visit (by invitation only) in the southeast US. The home was built with pink sandstone imported from India and the design blends Persian, Islamic and Indian architecture. Either drink the bourbon neat, order it in a cocktail, or ask for a Varnish special called "Bartender's Choice," where you choose a base, and after they ask a couple of questions about your taste preferences, they will make a cocktail suited to your specific tastes.
